Community Manager

We are looking to hire 1 Community Manager for our COhatch Easton location!

About the Role

The Community Manager is responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for members and visitors to create a strong sense of authentic community and an inclusive culture. This person is responsible for running the daily operations of COhatch, creating marketing and outreach strategies, creating and implementing engaging member events, scheduling workshops for the community, coordinating & hosting corporate sessions, managing non-profit partnerships, maintaining a strong presence in the community, attending after-hours events, maintaining a successful market, and maximizing memberships and offsite meetings.

You will lead, manage, run, and be responsible for the growth of COhatch. We are looking for a high-energy individual for a high-traffic location. Hospitality experience is a bonus due to the high meeting volume and high service level expectations within our event spaces.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Daily Operations

● Continuously maintain community vibe, orderliness, and cleanliness

● Engaging with members of the local community

● Opening and closing procedures

● Ordering necessary supplies as needed

Front Desk Coverage

● Answering phone & voicemail messages

● Welcoming members & visitors

● Managing member communications

New Member Sign-Ups

● Conducting tours, closing deals, and implementing new member orientations

● New member onboarding for COhatch and COhatch+

● Management of member invoices, payments, and customer experience

Membership Outreach & Engagement

● Maintaining a local presence and participating in community activities

● Creating, scheduling, and implementing monthly community outreach events

● Creating and sending out monthly member communication

● Outreach to local businesses

A minimum of 2 years of hospitality or event management is preferred but not required.

Work Schedule

In Person at COhatch Easton: 4182 Worth Ave Space #l-115, Columbus, OH 43219.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Occasional weekends and evenings as determined by the Columbus Team.

Compensation

Salary based on experience, salary + bonus structure. Health benefits, 401K with matching, PTO, paid holidays, and discounted vacation home access.
