E-Commerce Introduction:

NBCN LIVE business in e-commerce helps brands sell LIVE products on TikTok, such as selling yoga pants on Lululemon's TikTok account. As a host, you will represent the brand and use the brand's official account to sell LIVE products. The team will provide LIVE venues and personnel support for the brand. Each LIVE room will have a moderator and an operator to assist the host.

Responsibilities:

• Live Streaming Mastery: Host live sessions on TikTok showcasing beauty products, providing styling tips, and engaging with viewers in real-time.
• Content Strategy: Develop creative concepts for live streams, plan content, prepare scripts, and coordinate product demonstrations.
• Audience Interaction: Actively engage with viewers during broadcasts, respond to comments and questions, and foster a community environment.
• Product Promotion: Effectively promote beauty products, accessories, and current trends featured in live sessions to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and e-commerce teams to align live streaming efforts with overall marketing strategies and product launches.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, industry developments, and influencer partnerships to maintain relevance and appeal to the target audience.

Qualifications:

• Passion for Beauty: Deep passion and expertise in beauty trends, styles, and brands.
• Social Media Proficiency: Proficient in TikTok and other social media platforms, with a strong understanding of live streaming best practices.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively engage and connect with a diverse audience.
• Creativity: Ability to conceive innovative and compelling content ideas that resonate with beauty enthusiasts.
• Adaptability: Comfortable in a dynamic environment, capable of adapting to evolving trends and viewer preferences.
• Team Collaboration: Experience collaborating with diverse teams, including marketing, content creators, and e-commerce specialists.

Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in makeup, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• Professional Background: Previous experience as a beauty counter sales, makeup artist, live stream host, social media influencer, or in beauty retail is advantageous.
• Track Record: Demonstrated success in engaging audiences and achieving results through social media platforms.

Salary:

• Primary carousel host: hourly fixed fee + commission (30/hour + 1-2%)
• Full-time host: full-time bi-weekly salary + commission (around 4k+/month + 1-2%, based on your experience and performance)
