Zach Steinberg

Director of Operations - HD Intelligence

This person will work directly with the coaching staffs of HDI clients, providing standard reports as well as custom analysis (written and verbal) on a regular basis. Strong communication and interpersonal skills required. A strong knowledge of college basketball, statistics, and basketball analytics also required.

This is a year-round position with a particular focus on hiring part-time staff, though full-time positions could potentially be available. Hours may be heavier during basketball season (October-March). This is a 100% work-from-home position, so there are no geographical requirements. There is some occasional travel involved, but only when agreed upon by employee and supervisors.

Technical skills such as coding, data modeling, and database management are a plus but not required.

First-hand experience in college basketball (as a player, manager, or staff member) is preferred but not required.
