Remote + travel as per client requirement.


Job description :

In this role as BCM Wealth Operations leader, you will be responsible for leading Wealth Management Operations.

Responsibilities

· Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Capital Markets and Wealth management operations, setting clear goals and objectives aligned with the overall business objectives.

· Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute plans for optimizing wealth operations efficiency.

· Articulate and tailor value proposition based on the needs identified for client and differentiation of Genpact.

· Leverage in-depth knowledge of capital markets to drive innovative solutions and identify opportunities for business growth.

· Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies affecting the industry.

· Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

· Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks associated with wealth management operations

· Harness digital tools and technologies to enhance trade operations, drive transformation implementing automation and data analytics solutions.

· Collaborate for new deal process including solutioning, pricing, due diligence, transition, and stabilization.

· Be a senior partner concern point for resolving customer & internal issues.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

· Proven experience in a leadership role within wealth management operations, with a strong understanding of investment products and financial instruments

· Understand E2E value chain of wealth operations, i.e., client servicing, client cash operations, asset servicing, trades and reconciliation, fund accounting and tax

· Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP)

· Ability to establish relationships with CXO level partners

· Strong understanding of financial markets, technology, trading platforms, and regulatory frameworks. Comprehensive understanding of various financial instruments, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and alternative investments

· Knowledge of global financial markets, economic trends, and the impact on investment strategies

· In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements relevant to wealth management operations, such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations

· Familiarity with a diverse range of investment strategies, including asset allocation, risk management, and portfolio construction

· Understanding of wealth planning concepts, including estate planning, tax implications, and retirement planning

· Experience in implementing and maintaining compliance frameworks within wealth management processes

· Executive-level discernment and understanding of business issues across multiple focus sectors

· Ability to engage senior client management on offerings, emerging issues in focus sectors, lead project scope discussions and provide insightful recommendations

· Demonstrated success in business development and revenue generation
