We are seeking a highly skilled Multifamily Asset Manager to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of submarket trends, revenue optimization strategies, and analytical expertise to support our multifamily asset management goals. Reporting directly to the Asset Management and Operations teams, this role requires a proactive individual who can effectively analyze data, implement pricing strategies, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive revenue growth across our multifamily portfolio.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Submarket Analysis:
Conduct thorough analysis of submarket trends, including supply and demand dynamics, competitor pricing strategies, economic indicators, and demographic shifts.
Monitor and interpret market data to identify opportunities and risks within each submarket.
Revenue Optimization:
Develop and implement comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize rental income and occupancy levels.
Utilize advanced pricing analytics and software tools to optimize rent levels, lease terms, and concessions.
Regularly review and adjust pricing strategies based on market conditions and performance metrics.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Compile, analyze, and interpret multifamily property data, including historical performance, leasing trends, and market comparables.
Generate detailed reports and presentations for senior management and asset management team, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Forecasting and Budgeting:
Collaborate with Asset Management to develop annual revenue forecasts and budgets for each property within the portfolio.
Monitor performance against budgeted targets and recommend adjustments as necessary.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Leasing, Operations, and Marketing teams to align revenue management strategies with leasing objectives and marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with Acquisition and Development teams to provide insights and recommendations during due diligence and new development projects.
Technology and Innovation:
Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative technologies in revenue management and pricing optimization.
Evaluate and recommend new tools or systems to enhance revenue management processes and efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in multifamily revenue management, asset management, or related real estate field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
