Duties:
The Administrative Assistant shall:
- Manage timekeeping and travel records
- Schedule resources based on priorities
- Analyze data and prepare reports
- Coordinate logistics and maintain files
- Assist with meetings and document compliance
- Facilitate communication and data analysis
- Support organizational planning and document preparation
The Administrative Assistant shall:
- Have minimum of three years’ experience
- Have fed timekeeping, ITAS, CGE Travel experience
- An associate degree
- Be fluent in American English, rule-based work adept
- Be proficient in online tools, MS Office
- Be strong in scheduling, communication, HR practices
