    Since arriving in Chicago, as a contributing member of STAR Chicago, Todd has been advancing the Staffing and Talent Acquisition Profession through building "Best in Class" educational programs, networking events and researching cutting edge technologies, tools and resources within the recruiting industry. During his tenure on the Board of Directors, Todd has chaired the Programs committee for two terms, was President for a two-year term and led the Marketing committee for two terms. In 2013, under his presidency, Todd lead the transition of SMAGC, as a Chapter of SHRM, to the new, standalone organization we know today of the Society of Talent Acquisition & Recruitment of Chicago (STAR Chicago). STAR Chicago continues to be the lead association for Staffing and Recruiting Professionals in Chicago. T
