    For most SMBs a salesforce implementation is focused on configuration to support business processes and a training event to get the users up and running. At Dreamforce 2011 I co-presented a session for salesforce admins to share expert advice on user training and support strategies that can increase adoption in the early days of launch, and help avoid a decrease in usage over time.
