The notion is if they can just get more attention and hook them in for their contact information, then they will leave it to sales to convert. However, like Newell states in the show, "if you get the customers the first time but don't deliver, it will be hard to get them the second time."

    Getting your message out is hard, and generating leads from content is even harder. For David and Newell, two executives in the marketing industry, they have faced these challenges and more for decades.
