Over the last few months we have had a few retirees: Randy Coffey retired in April, and Terry Lanman and Dave Vallejo retired in June. Randy and Dave finished out their careers working on our airport team, and Terry was with our estimating team. We can’t express how much each of these people have meant to us and how they impacted our team. We will miss them and wish them the best of luck on their next adventures. #EMCOR #Congratulations #Team

Our plumbing team was recognized by general contractor Weitz as their May Safety Team! Weitz Project Manager, Jason, said: “While onsite the team has shown diligence in planning and documentation including Hot Work and JSAs (job safety analysis), as well as adjusting and changing work methods to better protect workers, single person lifts for tight spots, fall protection as extra layer of protection when needed, and increasing adherence to updated PPE.” Thank you to all involved, this is a great example of how you help elevate our team everyday! We hosted an Open House and Appreciation BBQ for our employees this month. It was a great time with games, a face painter, delicious food, prizes, and good friends! Thank you to everyone that came out. We truly appreciate all the hard work you do to elevate our team! We'd also like to give a special shoutout to our excellent vendor and frequent collaborator Sunbelt, who loaned us their grill and some great swag. #EMCOR #EmployeeAppreciation #BBQ #ThankYou

One of our teams was recently recognized by a General Contractor (GC) for the quality of their work and their commitment to safety! The team collaborated with the GC to come up with a solution to minimize disruptions to ongoing facility operations and developed a plan to strategically place the plumbing systems. They produced a suspended plumbing void box to match the facility's existing system. Pictured here, from the team, are Gary Dunkan, Mike Santos, Oscar Penna, Mike Rybarczyk, and Ralph Wilson. Great work and thank you for always going above and beyond! #EMCOR #EmployeeAppreiation #Safety #Plumbing
