    Many people know what we do, however, Magnify really cares about you also knowing WHO WE ARE! Every #MagnifyMonday is a special shout-out to one of our amazing team members to help you learn more about our team! These are always our favorite posts because we believe celebrating success is so important! We always love reading posts about other people’s or company’s successes + celebrations, so we wanted to share about a promotion! Our very own Sean Monahan has officially been promoted to Business Development Manager! In his first year with Magnify, Sean has done a remarkable job of stepping up to the challenge of creating new partnerships, being a great example within the Magnify team, and consistently reaching and surpassing his goals! He does a great job of building relationships with his candidness, determination to get the job done, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure he helps get everyone across the finish line! It’s even more special when we can celebrate someone’s One-Year Anniversary and then be able to couple that with such a well-deserved promotion, which makes this announcement even more special! So, from Magnify to you Sean, congratulations on a fantastic first year at Magnify, and cheers to earning your first PROMOTION! We couldn’t be more grateful or proud to have you!

    As we wrap up the month, our Skills Spotlight is back with yet another attribute of an exceptional hire: Time Management. Time management skills are important across the board, whether you're a hiring a seasoned executive or an entry-level college graduate. In the age of distraction, finding team members who can stay focused, complete routine tasks in a timely manner and meet deadlines can be surprisingly difficult. Being able to manage time well benefits the individual as much as it benefits the organization. It leads to higher quality work and improved productivity, which both benefit you as an employer, but we'd like to point out that good time management skills also reduce stress and anxiety, provide more personal time and improve quality of life for the employee!
