We recently attended the HCC (Hispanic Contractors of Colorado) June general membership meeting and dinner at the Kiewit Headquarters, which featured their annual project preview and infrastructure update. Featured speakers include Amy Ford, Executive Director of the Department of Transportation and Infrastructure (DOTI); Chessie Price, Communications Specialist at CDOT; Alan Salazar, CEO of Denver Water; and Alexis Serrano Castro, Manager, SBO, Civil Rights Division of Regional Transportation District-Denver (RTD). We want to thank the HCC for hosting this program, all the agencies for the project preview and infrastructure update, and Kiewit for hosting us. #EMCOR #Infrastructure #Electrical #Construction

With the support of our industry partners, we were able to raise $30k for Savio House at our charity golf tournament last Thursday! We braved the heat and had a great time at Raccoon Creek this year. Thank you to CED, TLA, St. Andrews, Millerbernd, ISI, JHL, Everon, Howell, Sun Construction, BnBuilders, Tech Electronics, Sunbelt, and others for sponsoring. Special shout outs to the Hole Hecklers for comedic relief and to U.S. Engineering for their golf cannon! Savio House is a non-profit organization that provides in-home therapeutic treatment to children and their families. #EMCOR #GiveBack #Charity #CommunitiesForACause #ThankYou

A joint project of the AGC Board and the Construction Education Foundation, the academy helps partipcants develop their leadership skills with a focus on communication, team building, and culture. We adopted three families for the holidays from an organization called Savio House. We purchased and wrapped gifts for each family for Christmas. In the picture from left to right is Mike King, Ben Hornbeck, Skylar Sealy, and Mrs. Hornbeck (Ben’s Mom).
