Members of our team recently attended an ASME PCC1 Training Day, where they learned how to safely and effectively work with a pressure boundary bolted flange joint assembly. The day began with an instructor-led classroom session before moving onto a hands-on training component, where partipcants were able to work on an assembly fixture utilizing a hydraulic torque wrench provided by Hytorc. The concept of "training the trainer" was emphasized throughout the day, in order to prepare participants to not only work with these assemblies but also pass that knowledge on to others. #EMCOR #ASME #EmployeeDevelopment #TraintheTrainer
