With that, we are thrilled to announce the 2023 Q4 Allied Allstar Award winners, each receiving a well-deserved $2,500 cash reward for their exceptional contributions: Our first winner is Christopher Young, CSSGB, CSM, ITIL, Manager, IT Support Services. Chris’s work ethic and calm demeanor enable him to interact effectively with everyone from new hires to our CEO, addressing business needs efficiently while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Even in high-pressure situations, Chris’s professionalism and ability to communicate with our employee's shine through. His personal integrity, open-mindedness, and genuine listening skills make him an invaluable asset to our team. Chris truly embodies the spirit of excellence at Allied! Our second winner is Domingo Gonzales III, Director, Revenue Operations. Domingo has been an indispensable mentor, embodying patience, openness to new ideas, and exceptional execution. His ability to make complex concepts accessible, clarify goals, and connect them to our broader strategy is unparalleled. Colleagues consistently praise his positive impact and leadership qualities. The Underwriting Department's unity and success are a testament to Domingo's dedication, fostering an environment where every team member thrives. Domingo’s leadership continues to inspire us all. Our final Q4 winner is Heather Smith, MHA, Director, Operations Implementation. Heather exemplifies the values of collaboration and effective communication, driving the success of numerous projects. Over the past year, she has mastered the complexities of each area within Allied, seamlessly integrating this knowledge to lead productive meetings and advance project milestones. Heather's commitment is evident as she frequently volunteers for additional tasks, driven by her passion and determination to keep progress on track. Her respect, kindness, and thoughtful interactions with both internal and external partners set her apart, making her a truly invaluable team member. Congratulations, Chris, Domingo, and Heather! We're thrilled to share the fantastic results from our recent Allied Gives Back March Madness fundraiser, organized by the Allied Culture Committee.    Thanks to the enthusiasm and generosity of our employees, and a corporate match donation, we raised an impressive $7,500 for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a leader in the fight against childhood cancer. Today marks a bittersweet moment at Allied as we announce the upcoming retirement of Rob Valerious, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, after an incredible 35-year career. Rob has been a driving force behind Allied's success, and his contributions to the company and the industry are immeasurable. We are incredibly grateful for his leadership, dedication, and commitment to building a culture of integrity, passion, and camaraderie. While we will undoubtedly miss his daily presence, we are thrilled to see him embark on his new chapter and are grateful he will remain on our Board of Directors. At the same time, we're thrilled to welcome Tina Provancal as our new Chief Strategy Officer! Tina brings a wealth of experience from her distinguished career at leading organizations, including Fidelity, Aon, Accolade, and Benefitfocus. Her impressive track record of driving strategy, innovation, and growth speaks for itself. We have no doubt that she will be a key driver of Allied's continued success.
