Creo que es importante tener en cuenta si el tipo de espacio que vamos a diseñar será de uso público o será para un uso más privado. En el caso de un diseño para el público que tiene un uso más frecuente podemos pensar en priorizar en el uso. Sin embargo, si es algo más privado podemos pensar en priorizar otras cosas

When considering a lighting scheme it is also important to add flexibility in ambience. En donde no hay que claudicar es en aquellos elementos que a sabiendas deben ser funcionales y duraderos. Por ejemplo la terminación de una mesada o encimera de cocina. No hay material más duradero y noble que el granito, el mármol es cierto que posee terminaciones mas vistosas y bellas, pero es un material de mayor fragilidad y requiere de cuidados mas exigentes que el granito. Y en materia de innovación, hoy existen materiales a base de resinas y Quarzo que son excelentes.

Considero que es importante el diseño; sin embargo hay algunos otros detalles como la utilidad y la durabilidad que me resultan mucho más relevantes. Todo puede ser un diseño que quede acorde a la mejora del entorno sin quedarnos sin una buena durabilidad de los materiales. poder jugar con crear entornos y diferentes espacios o mobiliario que se pueda utilizar más amplio o guardarlo serían una muy buena forma de tener espacios inteligentes

Plantear diseños flexibles, que se adapten o evolucionen con los años, es el desafío. Hay muchos diseños en espacios reducidos que con el uso de muebles móviles, ese espacio se multiplica y es polifuncional.

Un diseño flexible que nos ahorre algo de espacio aunque en el inicio nos pueda dar un poco más de dolor de cabeza es una de las mejores opciones para tener diversos espacios y encontrar una forma de combinar diseño de temporada

Un diseño sostenible es fundamental para no solo en el exterior considerar algunas funciones de reducción del ruido, de la luz y jugar con los microclimas; sino también en el interior podemos utilizar materiales que reflejen la luz, que ayuden a reducir las emisiones de CO2, así como a jugar con los aromas que se desprenden en algunas habitaciones
