Garry’s Mod is a sandbox mod for the Source Engine. Unlike normal games there aren't any predefined aims or goals. Players are given tools and are left to entertain themselves. The player is in a world where objects can be created and destroyed on demand. Where people can be created and destroyed with the click of a mouse. A world made for him. A world he made.

Une durée de vie illimitée ! Le fait que Garry's MOD utilise le moteur de jeu Source est un gros plus, la physique et les graphismes sont impeccable et il est possible d'utiliser tous les contenus des autres jeux Source ! Une prise en main assez difficile pour ma part, j'ai très bien réussi mais pour certains utilisateurs peu expérimentés, on se retrouve très vite perdu à fouiller dans les options et à faire n'importe quoi. Un autre gros plus ce ce jeu, c'est le système d'Addons et la Toybox. Grâce à ça, en 5 minutes vous pouvez télécharger n'importe quoi. Et bien sûr, la construction n'est pas la principale activités ce jeu, grâce à Fretta, des gamemodes sont disponibles.

Amazing mod-ablity and freedom to do whatever you want. Worth the 10 bucks.
This is a really great game! WORTH TO GET!
Downside though is that you need the other source games (TF2, Half Life 2, Counter Strike: Source) To get all of the models! But then that is taken off from all the mods you can get!
Great game, gives you hours and hours upon hours and hours of fun! With lan, online or single player.

This game is hard to review.
It's not even a real game. It's everything you can do and everything you ever wanted to try. It's a giant playground, for scientists and coders as well as for 12-year-olds with squeaky voice.
You can do everything you want, with everything in the world.
Build a fortress out of bananas - Blow it up - Build a plane - Paint it blue - Give it badass rayguns - kill Dr. Breen with it - or download a Rick Astley NPC and blow him up - build a labytinth - under water - ...
And the best thing is: You can do it with your friends. And it just never gets old.
