Overview: The goal of this deck is to ramp as fast as possible and burst your opponent with spell damage. A general rule is that you can always generate lethal with Aviana and a minion that refreshes mana on an empty board. This is typically done the tun after the first combo and looks like this: Play Aviana -> refresh your mana -> empty your hand-> draw with Eonar, the Life-Binder or Malygos the Spellweaver-> refresh your mana -> pull off the OTK.
Mulligan: The best cards to keep are Wildheart Guff, Invigorate, Overgrowth, and Wild Growth, along with a copy of Puppetmaster Dorian or Oaken Summons. If you're able to summon Puppetmaster Dorian you should also keep Capture Coldtooth Mine or Pendant of Earth.
Combo: You essentially want to play Puppetmaster Dorian then Capture Coldtooth Mine to refresh your mana with Eonar, the Life-Binder or Kun the Forgotten King. Then you can use Pendant of Earth to find Aviana for cheap mana and hand refills. After this, you can play Malygos, Owlonius, Solar Eclipse, and Moonbeam for the OTK. This combo does 52 damage around turn 6, so it's great for countering Prince Renathal and The Demon Seed decks.
Examples: Here are a couple of games showing off the combo as early as turns 4 and 5.
Notes: Puppetmaster Dorian will most likely be nerfed at some point, so be sure to use him while he's still viable. The worst matchups for this deck are Rouge and Mage. Rouge usually wins around turns 3-5, and Mage can either stall or counter the combo.
Looks fun! I'll give it a spin sometime this week. Does it struggle against Pirate Rogue / Scam Shaman? Like, you just have to survive until turns 6-7?
This deck doesn't play for borad at all, so it struggles against any minion-based aggro decks. If you're seeing a lot of pirate rouges or shadow priests, I suggest swapping Swipe in for a copy of Innervate and Solar Eclipse. I also haven't seen too many shamans, but you should be fine as long as they don't win by turn 6.
A note for others: Moonlit Guidance doesn't work with Dorian as it's a Discover vs. Draw. That goof just cost me a game.
That said, I'll need to play this a bit to make sure I'm seeing all the angles, but when I do see them, it's a won game!
