Will it be meta? Highly unlikely
But having infinite supply of giants by itself is a pretty good deal.

Posted Jul 12, 2023 (Paladin & Lady S'theno Changes)Gods I have such high hopes for this card, but I think it's going to go down the same route as Auctioneer Jaxon. I had a golden one that I had hoped would become amazing. Alas, even though the Trade mechanic went on to be evergreen that card rarely ever saw play. Even though this one will give you a copy of the forge card you made, you're not looking to get more than 1 use out of it before it gets Holy Smite to the face.
