You can use a vehicle to get a height advantage and enter the building and take a picture or you can simply take a picture without entering the building and just zooming in with your phone camera while you are standing on top of your vehicle. Either way even if you do enter inside the building, you can get out easily with the help of metallic structures which are just laying there. You can walk on them and get out through the open ceiling.
