I think this author is onto something. Top-notch book. I don't love most self-improvement books but the advice here is worth its weight in gold. I've read pretty much everything on emotional intelligence and this book is the best thing out there hands down. Fans of Atomic Habits will also love it's micro-behavior, habit-driven approach.
