Malia Zaidi Hi Jürgen,
Though you could read each as a standalone, I would recommend reading them in the order of appearance. You can get the book on Amazon or Barnes & Noble. Happy reading!
Malia Zaidi Hello,
I'm so glad you are enjoying A Poisonous Journey and hope you will like the other books, too! I am not quite sure how many will be in the series, but I can say I am currently working on the sixth book, so Evelyn's story is set to continue for some time yet:-) As for Daniel, you will have to wait and see what happens, but it is not a spoiler to say, he doesn't disappear from the series. Happy reading!
Malia Zaidi There are so many books on my summer reading list, I will really have to be selective, if I don't want to take a full suitcase dedicated to books on my travels. I am especially looking forward to Beartown by Fredrik Backman, The Women in the Castle by Jessica Shattuck and The Alice Network by Kate Quinn. I have also compiled a list of summer reading recommendations on my blog, which can be found here: https://www.princessandpen.com/single...
Enjoy your summer and happy reading!
Malia Zaidi I debated going with Lizzie Bennet and Mr. Darcy from "Pride and Prejudice", but honestly, I have always thought she was too good for him. So I have to go with Wesley and Buttercup from "The Princess Bride". It's one of my absolute favorite books, and if you've only seen the movie, what are you doing here, get reading! They are a funny couple, who fall in love, become separated, deal with one misunderstanding after another, pirate interventions, a giant, a plan for revenge, an articulate abductor, Rodents Of Unusual Size, six-fingered men, being mostly dead and a prissy prince bent on his achieving will. Definitely a couple that beats the odds and I root for them every time I re-read this treasure of a book.
Malia Zaidi I'm working on the next Lady Evelyn mystery. For Book Two, Evelyn will be going on another adventure and there may or may not be fatalities...
Malia Zaidi Hi Bill,
How exciting! To answer your question, I have heard people say good things about writer's workshops from Faber Academy (http://www.faberacademy.co.uk/), which might be a good place to find some like-minded writers, seeking support, as well and learning more about the writing process. I had a good experience with Gotham's Writer's Workshops (https://www.writingclasses.com/). You might also find a creative writing/publishing group in your area, which would bring you together with other writers and you could bounce ideas around, or hear about their experiences in this area. Best of luck with your writing endeavors and I hope this helps!
Malia Zaidi Underneath the book description there are links to Amazon/Barnes and Noble/etc. where you can find the book.
