I've been in the industry for over 4 years and I started my ad tech career with AdColony/Digital Turbine by managing user acquisition activities of Casual-Hypercasual gaming studios and developing ua and monetization strategies for them. I've been working for Product Madness for over a year now, focusing on all our Social Casino titles UA and RTG activities on TikTok and Snapchat as the new channels team while collaborating with external creative partners.

Raymond A. Stauffer is the CEO & co-founder of Playvalve. After working at Google, he co-founded a company focusing on entertainment and utility apps, currently averaging +30M MAU. A couple of years after that, he co-founded a new company focused solely on native gaming, Playvalve. In under 2 years, Playvalve has launched 12 titles and garnered +10M MAU. Raymond has been involved in coding the first game, setting up the data architecture, kicking off marketing and monetization operations, as well as product managing some of the biggest titles in the company

Studied computer science at the Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics, Ukraine. I was a founder of the XGD Indie Game Developers conference in Ukraine. Also, multiple times, I was on the jury on different Game Jams and Indie Cups. Working for 13+ years on a f2p games. For the last 9 years, I have worked in Plarium, starting as a project manager, rapidly switching to a game design position, and then forming a Game Design Department as a GD Lead. I am currently working as a Game Director on the action shooter game Mech Arena.
