Update

Team Ninja has released the highly anticipated patch 1.220, which thoroughly improves the PC version of the game and introduces crossover elements with NioH 2. Details can be found on the game's official website and in the rest of this news.

Original news (October 19)

Last month, Team Ninja released Conqueror of Jiangdong, the second expansion for the action RPG Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. However, this does not mean the end of the game's development. The developers have revealed what attractions they have in store for the next two months.

Wo Long roadmap

End of October 2023.

At the end of this month, we will receive balance improvements, as well as the ability to choose the difficulty level in The Thousand-Mile Journey (the endgame mode introduced in the second DLC). The higher we choose, the better rewards we will receive for successes.

November 2023

Next month, on the other hand, will bring a major upgrade to the PC version of the game. We will get improved optimization and elimination of engine clipping, and many bugs will be fixed. These announcements make us smile, because the PC release still leaves much to be desired. This is well seen on Steam, where only 46% of player reviews praise Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty.

There will also be an event in November, which will see a crossover with NiOh. Unfortunately, for now the developers are not ready to reveal any details.

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty was released in February this year on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5. It is worth mentioning that a third DLC is also planned.
