If you are a fan of survival games such as Valheim or Palworld, you should closely monitor the development of Project Frontier. The OCP studio's game is scheduled to hit the market next year.

The devs present Project Frontier as a "multiplayer, sandbox, survival RPG set on a procedurally generated world." The main task of the players will be survival. In order for this to happen, they need to establish alliances and constantly travel through a changing land in search of resources and to complete different quests. What sets Project Frontier apart from other survival games is the fact that similar to the Helldivers series, players have a specific amount of time to complete quests.

Raise forts to dominate the landscape, craft powerful weapons and armor, and become an unstoppable force. Uncover mysteries hidden within the Frontier and complete quests to gain powerful artifacts. As your strength grows, forge alliances and vanquish rivals to assert your dominance of the Frontier -- reads a part of the description on Steam.

However, the greatest strength of Project Frontiers is the ability to freely customize the game using the CreatorLab mode. Thanks to the dedicated tools, players can create a unique villain, write a new quest, or turn Project Frontier into a "completely new game."

It was our dream as kids to be able to change the games we played and make them our own. We've been working to make this dream a reality and are very excited to finally start sharing it with players -- explained the co-founder and CTO, Nick Atamas, in an interview for PCGamesN.

As I mentioned above, Project Frontier is scheduled for release in 2025, but before that happens, players will have a chance to try out the title in upcoming beta tests.

Below you can watch an extensive material in which the developers introduce Project Frontier.
