Sneak Out is a new multiplayer game, where you can play as Hiders, Ghosts or Pursuers in a haunted castle. The title is free to play and concentrates on funny moments rather than serious approach. Of course, many people would like to know if the game will be available on consoles at some point. If you are one of them, we have an answer for you.

Sneak Out – Console (Xbox, PS5, Switch) Release Explained

Sneak Out was released a few days ago on PC. Of course, for many players it is not enough and would like to see the title on consoles, too. Developers have answered this question in their FAQ on the official site. Once there, we can read that:

  1. What platforms will Sneak Out be available on?

We're focusing on PC for launch. We plan to expand this in the future.

  1. Will Sneak Out be coming to other platforms?

At launch, we will only be on PC. We intend to release the game on Playstation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch in the future.

  1. Does Sneak Out support cross-platform multiplayer?

Yes, when the game is released on other platforms, there will be full cross play in the game.

As you can see developers plan to release Sneak Out on consoles and crossplay will be supported. However, the precise release date is not known yet. We may assume that work on the ports will speed up (or start) after creators will be sure about quality of their product. As of now the reviews on Steam are mixed with some people suggesting that the game was better during playtests.
