On November 30, we will learn new information about the highly anticipated action RPG Path of Exile 2. On that day there will be a live broadcast, titled Affliction, during which studio Grinding Gear Games will reveal some secrets about the competitor to Diablo 4.

For now we can get a preview of what will be presented this Thursday. For the developers have published online a short gloomy teaser (available below).

The teaser, which seems to show fragments of actual gameplay, presents what is most likely the mercenary class in action, which specializes in ranged combat.

In the trailer, we see a character using a crossbow like a machine gun on a pack of wild dogs, traversing cramped corridors of the city ruins (he moves while simultaneously shooting - this was not present in PoE 1).

The above gameplay footage from PoE 2 has sparked considerable enthusiasm among commentators, who in absolute majority praise the efforts of Gridning Gear Games.

"The soundtrack of this trailer is absolutely insane".

"Every single presentation of POE2 has left far behind not only other games, but also thoughts of other games. It looks immersive and engaging. Amazing!"

Affliction stream will start on November 30 at 12:30 p.m. PST. You will watch it on the game's official channel on Twitch, which you can find here.

Path of Exile 2 is heading to PC, Xbox Series X/S and PlayStation 5. Unfortunately, the game's release date is not yet known. All that is known is that on June 7, 2024, open beta testing of the game will begin.
