ASKA is an upcoming survival game with a bigger scale. In this title you are not tasked with building a base for yourself and companions, but with starting a whole settlement with NPCs and optionally friends to assist you. If you are up to the challenge, the game will be released in a few days on Steam. Of course, some people would like to see this title on consoles. Is it going to happen? Let’s talk about it.

ASKA – Console (PS5, PS4, Xbox) Release

If gathering, crafting and building your own settlement is your thing, you should look at ASKA, an upcoming survival game. The title will be released on 20th June in early access. Sadly, it will be released only on PC. Of course, many console players would like to enjoy the gameplay also. Will it be possible?

Yes, at least to some extent. One of the developers confirmed on Steam that the console version is planned. We don’t know yet what devices will be supported, except Xbox Series X/S, which was confirmed. We may assume that PS5 is also quite likely. It is unknown whether previous generation will be taken into consideration.

So, when should we expect ports or more information about them? It is possible that version for other platforms will be available on 1.0 release. In early access info in Valve’s shop, developers announced that they plan to publish the game as soon as 2025. So, be patient, as probably we will learn more details next year.
