Magister Anais in The First Descendant

If you have just started playing The First Descendant and want to unlock new characters, Magister Anais is the person to seek. You can find Anais in Albion, located on the lower left side of the map, which serves as the central hub for technology, development, and research.

Interacting with Magister Anais allows you to access the Research Institute. By providing her with materials you collect during missions, you can unlock new Descendants for free. This is a fantastic way to build a diverse team without spending Caliber, the in-game currency. Of course, if you're impatient, her shop offers the option to purchase materials and expedite the process. This can be helpful if you're after specific Ultimate skin or want to skip some grinding.

There are 14 playable characters in The First Descendant. You’ll get one of three characters, Ajax, Viessa, or Lepic to start with during the tutorial missions, the others can be unlocked through gameplay. So, embark on your missions, gather materials, and unlock the power of different Descendants to conquer the monstrous hordes!
