Multiplayer games - hotseat iOS

In hot seat mode, as in shared or split-screen, the game is played locally on a single console or computer. Two or more players do not play at the same time, however, but in turns. This form of multiplayer is most common in turn-based strategy games (e.g. Worms, Heroes of Might and Magic), card games, board games, etc.

Heroes of Might & Magic III: HD Edition

Strategy 29 January 2015

A remastered edition of one of the most well-received installments of the legendary Heroes of Might & Magic series, created for the 15th anniversary of the game's original release and the 20th anniversary of the franchise. It was commissioned by Ubisoft and developed by DotEmu, known e.g. from the remake of the cult platform game Another World. The contents of the HD edition are the same as the base game (no expansions included) and consist of 7 story campaigns (about 50 maps in total), a skirmish mode and a functional editor. Compared to the original, the key changes are the upgraded wide-screen-compatible HD visuals. The graphics are now sharper and more clear-cut, which is the result of reprogramming over 25,000 elements and models. The multiplayer mode has also been upgraded, both in the local “hotseat” mode and the online one. Also, for the first time ever, a version for mobile devices was created.

Strategy 07 July 2016

A mobile battle-strategy game set in the world of Warhammer 40,000. It is a virtual rendition of Battlefleet Gothic - a tabletop game published by Games Workshop. Battlefleet Gothic: Leviathan follows the Tyranids' invasion of the Cryptus system, as a result of which humanity loses majority of their ships together with Admiral Julius van Avacor. The player assumes the role of his successor who tries to hold the system until backup arrives. Strategy 03 September 2015

A mobile installment of the popular Worms series – strategic turn-based games in which heavily armed worms fight against each other. As usually, the title is developed by Team 17. Worms 4 is based on the well-known set of rules - there are two or more teams of worms and players who interchangeably control individual “soldiers.” The game comes down to dealing as much damage to enemies as possible in a given time frame. Worms make use of a wide arsenal of crazy weapons and gadgets, but while using them, you need to remember about the influence of gravity and wind. Moreover, almost every environment element is destructible. In comparison to previous installments, Worms 4 introduces a few changes. As it is a mobile production, the scale of battles is reduced, the teams are smaller, and the time limit reduced. The title features new kinds of weapons and some diverse game modes, including an extensive single player campaign. Naturally, multiplayer is the backbone of the game.
