Browser RPG with famous monsters in the lead role. Bigpoint has created Universal Monsters under a license from Universal Pictures. This American film studio has the rights to such hits as Frankenstein, Dracula, The Wolf Man, and it was the characters from these cinema productions that served as the basis for the game.

The already mentioned Wolfdog, Mumia from Karl Freund's film, Invisible Man from H.G. Wells' novel - all these monsters return to sow destruction in peaceful American towns. Players, on the other hand, have the task of getting rid of the threat and restoring order.

Our hero, at the beginning of a frail one, we can train in a number of skills that are useful in fighting monsters. For this we need experience points, which we gain by defeating other opponents and performing the tasks assigned to us. Equally important is the cash we get, which we can spend on better armament and equipment of our hunter.

With successive levels of initiation, we can more and more modify our fighting style, which allows us to adapt it to our own tastes and requirements set by the monsters. After gaining more cash, we can also hire a few helpers who will be useful during clashes with monsters.

During our journey we will visit several historical sites, known from Universal's films. We will examine the laboratory in which Dr. Henry Frankenstein enlivened the corpse, a Parisian opera haunted by the spirit, and we will also wander through the Welsh hills in search of a werewolf.

All of this is viewed from the perspective of a third person. The Unity 3D engine, popular in browser games, is responsible for the audiovisual setting in Universal Monsters. The same tool was used by authors of titles such as Battlestar Galactica MMO, Cartoon Network Universe: FusionFall or Dawn of the Tyrant.
