Description
To get started open "All Settings." The All Settings button is on the left side panel (Tube) at the very bottom or use the right mouse click context menu. In order to set your location use the Extended Data/Weather Settings (Desktop weather Icon). The weather location search Icon will get you there.
A lot of time went into producing this suite. I added and removed some functionality of this skin/suite that hasn't been present in other skins I've created, and I rearranged measures and meters to make it more efficient.
The Video Wallpaper play's a big part in this skin/suite, and I'm very proud of it and I like it a lot. - 4K.Nebula 88-MB
Watching the Nebula gases billow in the video is captivating and could result in a trance-like response, please view with caution.
I use RainWallpaper - rainwallpaper.software.informe… (free older version) when I run the Nebula video. Lively Video Wallpaper - apps.microsoft.com/store/detai… is another program for running videos on the desktop.

The weather data credit goes to JS Morley for his great and powerful work with the Weather.com skin.
Nebula Probe consists of:
Bars (Two Horizontal - only one in use)
Bin (Trash)
Blinkies (15 in use with the side tube panel)
Computer Power (Lock, hibernate, restart, shutdown, and log-off)
CPU (six cores, 8 cores, and 12 cores)
Date (Today's date, month, and year)
GPU Usage (Basic)
GPU (MSI) (for Gamers)
HDD (Drive C and Drive D, D is static. 3 Removeable Drives.)
Image Viewer (3 default wallpapers)
Internet (checks the Internet connection/warns you if the Internet connection goes down)
M_Tube (side tube panel to toggle meters on or off)
Music (Right click mouse for setting the Media Player)
Network (IP Address, Network In, Network Out, and WiFi Status) - Use speedtest.net to get Network Values.

Every Rainmeter built-in Plug-In and Measure in use should be configured for the most accurate values Nebula Probe displays.
(compared to the Windows Task Manager) I did my best!
Bonus: I use Notepad ++ when editing my skin files and I use this Rainmeter Syntax Highlighting & Auto Completion tool for Notepad ++ www.deviantart.com/schulabschl… - the instruction on how to install it are on his page.
REQUIRED SYSTEM:
CPU: 6 cores and up. A four-core system will run it, but it'll be super resource heavy.
RAM: 8GB & Up. Prefer 16GB.
GPU: Onboard or PCI-E. Prefer PCI-E.
OS: Windows 11, 10, 8, 7. x32/x64bit, Prefer x64.
Screen Resolution: 1920x1080 only - dragging, dropping, and resizing will be required at a higher screen resolution.
Wallpaper Setting: Fit.
MSI Afterburner www.msi.com/Landing/afterburne… and the Rainmeter MSIAfterburner.dll x32/x64bit (Plug-in) forums.guru3d.com/threads/rain…. You will also need the MSI Afterburner extension www.guru3d.com/files-details/r… for the frame rate to work.
These really aren't needed, but without them, the GPU (MSI) skin won't work.
(NOTICE: when updating the Rainmeter program the MSIAfterburner.dll plug-in gets deleted. If'n you use it, you'll need to copy it back to the Rainmeter plug-in folder as an external plug-in. External plug-ins are located at "C:\Users\YOU\AppData\Roaming\Rainmeter\Plugins")
