The folder says, James Webb v1.1. James Webb v1 came about when the James Webb Telescope went into operation, I just never finsihed this skin until now. James Webb can output up to a 12 core CPU, give the temperature in your location, read the RAM, the main hard drive, give the date and time, the word "JAMES WEBB" (in the center) is a link to the James Webb Observatory, and output the networks in and out throughput. And lastly James Webb has an Image Viewer w/two images.
James Webb v1 Settings you can, change the font color, font effect color, turn tool tips on or off, change the time format to 12 or 24 hours, change the date format to short or long, the images path for the Image Viewer can be changed, and the maximum download/maximum upload speeds can be entered for the "Best" interface.
I didn't give the ability to change the font or the font size because it's not advised.
Doing so would result in James Webb going out of alignment. James Webb's size is meant to be as is.
I will admit it takes a trained eye to look at James Webb. A lot going on at once, somewhat bunched together.
But it works.
Mouse over C:\Drive, Core 0, Net, RAM, and the city name and a small report will appear as a tooltip.

KNOWN ISSUES:
Not Resizable (no scaling).
Image Viewer Next and Previous buttons are buggy.
Changing the font color may cause Rainmeter to crash. Just restart Rainmeter.

Couldn't install the skin. Where did you get Rainmeter Version 4.5.21.3750? I checked rainmeter.net and Github but couldn't find that version. The lastest version is 4.5.18.
EDIT: Found the built on Rainmeter Discord.
