The better vistart XP vista

Is this the better vistart? It looks nearly like the real thing, offers blur (you can see it at the icons behind it). Has aworking searchfunction, internetsearch appears when clicking on the searchbar,some skins available. Otherwise it is still Beta. You can download it here:[link]
