Mandala

A mandala is a complex, symmetrical, or balanced geometric design that symbolizes the universe in Hindu and Buddhist symbolism. Mandala, in Sanskrit, means "circle," and it represents wholeness, unity, and harmony.

Mandalas are used in spiritual practices as tools for meditation and concentration, facilitating spiritual growth and a sense of inner peace. My mandala was created with DreamUp with the purpose of providing a focus element for meditative practice, so one may reflect on the journey from the outer world of form to the inner world of the essence.
