This is my first Rainmeter skin.
It has;

-Start/Action bar like in an Android phone
-Image Gallery on top
-User name and User Picture with User Accounts on click
-Gmail (from Luana [link] )
-Weather (from Luana [link] )
-Time
-Shutdown Tasks
-Disk Usage
-Social Apps
-Utilities
-Other shortcuts (YOU CAN ADD YOURSELF TOO)

To have this skin u must have a 1080p resolution size (i.e: 1920x1080)
Before installing the skin, you must have a special plugin required for this skin named OpenStartMenu.exe, you can get here: [link] (THIRD ONE), and paste it in ["C:>Program Files>Rainmeter>Plugins"]

I might be releasing other resolution layouts soon
