Anniversary of The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
DEC upholds the vision of the ADA, signed into law on July 26, 1990, to make access to state lands and facilities accessible to people with disabilities. People of all ages and abilities are welcome to explore state lands. DEC is committed to providing a broad range of accessible outdoor recreation opportunities to our visitors.
