And yes CH and No Man's Sky is the reason why I am dual booting my steam deck. At the time when I got my deck AUrora was not available for the native Steam OS so I was forced to run windows on the deck in order to play this game with CH.

@PWizard I think I found a pattern to the crashes.

as weird as it sounds it looks like it's date dependent on my PC. Dates that are odd number will crash upon injection, dates that are even number will work fine.

Today the game kept crashing, no way it would start no matter which way I tried it. I went to the PC Windows clock and moved the day to the 18th (when it worked fine...yesterday it also worked fine on the 12th and the 10th). No REBOOT same session, the only change was the date. Now it injects perfectly no crashes.

No idea...for me as soon as Aurora loads, as soon as I sign in and see the aurora front page...bam Game Hack Detected.


EDIT: today it worked perfectly fine...I HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING DIFFERENTLY. Ok honestly I don't know.

Yeap no matter which sequence I do the start now, the game eventually dies with either cheat detected or DLL error about 30 seconds after I fire up Aurora. So the sheer existence of Aurora in the memory kills the game.

That's ok, I had great time with the trainer until now and thank you all for amazing work in keeping it updated. It's amazing it lasted for me as long as it lasted.

I will try it again once the trainer gets another update but for right now I had my fun.

I will try one more thing...I will try lunching a stand alone trainer and not via AUrora and see if that works...(edit).oh wait I can no longer use just a trainer...oh well.

Thank you all for an amazing trainer and all those months that we had fun with it. It looks like the devs really have a bug up their A. So I am expecting this trainer to be retired soon.

Currently, I follow all the new directions, have the trainer inject and changes are held...br>

However all the changes the trainer does are held including the editor damage numbers to the weapons.

EDIT: After further playthrough I have pinpointed the crash to a single strategem. The missile Silo strategem crashes the game DO NOT USE as soon as it's deployed. Everything else works as intended.

The error that's caused by the strategemem; it closes the game and .

Not a biggie I can manage just an FYI that sometimes unlimited health does not work and you will eventually die, but such is life.

Oh my god, color me stupid.

The error is for savegame protection and not the trainer not injecting correctly.

Sigh, I thought that the trainer failed to....train.

I know that it's something that must have updated on my system but now every game I try to use the trainer on I get that message when I attempt to inject the hack.

This example below is for Sniper Elite 5 running off Windows Store version of the game.
