Gamers hunting for a good deal will want to stop and take a look at the ROG Zephyrus 16 gaming laptop from ASUS because Best Buy currently has a deal on it that brings the price down by a significant amount. Normally this laptop would cost you $2,700 and that’s a lot to spend on a gaming laptop. Luckily, Best Buy just dropped the price of the ROG Zephyrus 16 by $400, so the price is now down to $2,300 for this powerful little PC.
The main thing to note about the ROG Zephyrus 16 is that it’s a relatively slim gaming laptop compared to some of ASUS’s other options. If portability is a concern of yours, then you can’t really go wrong with the Zephyrus line thanks to their slimmer form factor and lighter weight. For specifics, it’s 0.78 inches thin and it weighs about 4.63 lbs. which is pretty good considering the specs.
That’s all well and good, but how does it perform? Excellently. Thanks to the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080 GPU and the Intel Core i9-13900H CPU, there’s no game this won’t be able to handle. It also has 16GB of RAM and a 1TB SSD. In short, there should be no issues with cranking graphics on most or all games as high as they can go while still putting out smooth gameplay. You also have a decent amount of room for game space.
The other great thing about this laptop is that it has a 240Hz display. And that’s going to help games look as smooth as they should be running. The Zephyrus 16 is also featuring ASUS’s AniMe Matrix LED array on the back of the display. This is cool because you can use it to display animations on the lid. Such as the ROG logo.
