Since Apple doesn’t make any foldable phones, it’s really easy for Samsung to angle the Galaxy Z Flip 4 as a more exciting alternative to Apple’s iPhones. We’ve seen some advertisements in that vein.
However, this new advertisement is targeting that demographic of people who are deciding whether they want to stick with their iPhone or make the jump to Android. It targets people who are on the fence, and this makes sense seeing as the iPhone user in the ad is literally on a fence- clever. Long story short, the advertisement explains that “getting the new and exciting Galaxy Z Flip 4 will cause your iPhone friends to take notice. So, buy a Galaxy Flip 4 if you want to stand out from the crowd!”
