In an official post, Google announced the arrival of new features to its Google Calendar app. With the help of these new features, users will be able to create and view tasks straight from the mobile app.

Notably, the update is live for both Android as well as iOS users. Interestingly, this note creating feature was previously limited to the Web version of Calendar.

But now, it is rolling out for smartphone users as well. Moreover, users will not only be able to create and view tasks, they can also modify and delete tasks on their Google Calendar mobile app.

Good thing is that this modified Google Calendar task will be synced to the desktop and mobile app, automatically. Adding tasks to the Calendar app keeps you in check to accomplish your tasks without forgetting about them.

It is a great way to get notified about important tasks that need to be done on a specific date. It also keeps a check on all the other reminders that you might often forget about.

So, if you are a busy person or likes to forget things that you should not, then you would definitely make use of this feature. And since it is now live for smartphones, convenience is a bonus.
