Waste of money?
This appeared on the screen. I called to file a claim and they said it wasn't covered because I had damaged the monitor. The monitor worked fine since 2019 and this appeared all of a sudden while I was working on the computer. I never moved it nor do I have kids. I am retired! So much for buying this extended plan. I don't understand why they would deny it?

These plans are great and yes they do the run around to make sure there isn't any fraud which makes me feel pretty good this motherboard hasn't worked since I installed it been sitting in a cabinet saw that I bought the warranty through there website because my air fryer went out they sent me a shipping label to see if it could get fixed of course it wasn't me like I said this motherboard worked once and than died they couldn't fix it asurion sent the refund and I build my son his 1st PC thanks so much a long awaited project complete.

I like how the took care by give me a gift card the doesn't cover tax only the item u bought and as much as I like money I'm just kind of upset that they didn't fix the item I have purchas other then that very good service

We had a printer that failed within a few months before the 4-year insurance expired. Asurion provided a free label to ship the product back, and within a week it was ascertained the printer could not be repaired. We were given an Amazon gift card for the full purchase price which we used to purchase a replacement printer. Well worth the cost of the insurance.

Update...its 6)14)24 and I've gotten 7 emails saying my refund is processed and mailed to...AMAZON?
Funny they have no record.
Amazon won't help asurion is a joke and I ll never buy Epson again...
I keep calling the number they give me and all I get are bots. I emailed Julia who's been the rep on this and all I get is call us at this number and talk to some more bots. My advice you're going to buy tech buy it from a store you can walk in and touch the product and actually get service and whatever you do don't buy a plan from asurion it's a rip off and if you need their help you'll be up a creek

This was 2nd warranty plan. First one on a computer was waste of time and money….foolishly got a 2nd to cover a printer.
When it’s staff, recognizing color cartridges, I put a claim in mid January when I couldn’t print my taxes. Said they were going to send a mailing label took almost 2 months to get it. It’s now May . they say they will repair or replace within 5 to 6 business days. They have had the printer for five weeks. When I call and ask for a status update I’m told it’s being repaired. Apparently it’s not going to be replaced.. and I also lost a virtually full set of epson cartridges that was $100. it's now 5/28 and I get an email saying, now pay close attention everyone.... They have emailed a gift card to Amazon. They are refunding the original purchase price to a gift card on Amazon presumably because that's where I bought the printer and the protection plan. So I can't take the money and go anywhere else I have to spend it on Amazon. I don't have good experience buying tech on Amazon it fails often it's hard to get repaired or replaced so beware people by tech on Amazon and take your chances but don't get an asurion protection plan because it doesn't protect you at all it just cost you time money and more frustration than this 70 year old disabled vet artist with PTSD can deal with.
