Amazing little device works like a charm.Took 2 minutes to set up, requires no ethernet cable, and works perfectly in my 3 level townhome!! ATT router in lowest level, and streaming was iffy on top bedroom level. Set this jewel up and it sits in middle level -- no circle of death upstairs!!! YAY!!!! Great value, and works just as well as Google nest (which was much more expensive) that I use in my ranch-style vacation home.

The short experience with Asurion had a good outcome. I had to stop coverage shortly after a purchase that Asurion covered with their protection plan. I sent the purchase that Asurion covered back to Amazon which to this day I have not heard from Amazon & still waiting for my refund. Asurion immediately sent my refund for the total price when I notified them. I thank Asurion for their prompt attention for my refund of the canceled plan.
