I have used Neutrogena Ultra Mist Sunscreen everyday, with CeraVe Daytime Facial Moisture Lotion that has sunscreen. I decided to try this product because of the various effective ingredients in its formula, and find that it rubs into my face & neck quite easily. I have seen a dermatologist every 6 months for almost 15 years to eliminated new basal cells cell growths on my face, scalp and arms primarily. More than ever doctors encourage and remind everyone of the need for skin protection from the our intense sun exposure and I am an example of that importance. I believe this CeraVe product will enhance my facial area protection more than ever and find the viscosity of it makes it easy to apply, and can be done quickly each morning. I think you will find it a great product for yourself all around so I highly recommend it to you. I will be using it from here forward; it's reasonably priced as well.

Due to sundamaged skin, I use lotion with Hyaluronic Acid, Niacinamide and Ceramides. Finally these became available in an unscented sunscreen. The lotion spreads well and absorbs without leaving a greasy feeling. It is suitable for both face and body, so I use it on face, neck, arms and legs before I work outside in the yard. I do wish the tubes were about twice as much for the price, but I can go back to lotion sans sunscreen in the winter.

As it pills with makeup, I've ended up using it for the rest of the body. It's clean, non-greasy, it applies white but turns sheer. As a constant wearer of black clothing, I was worried about this transferring and showing on my tops, but it rubs off easily to where it isnt a problem.
The consistency is more on the watery side, just be careful when first applying as it can easily drip through your hands and fall.
It didn't irritate my face the few times I used it there, and of course absolutely no irritation everywhere else. Works as intended.

I switched over to mineral sunscreens about 10 years ago because chemical sunscreens would blind me with pain if it got into my eyes due to sweating. I found Cerave to make a very good product. I have always used their 30 SPF for face because it is less pasty than their other products. I got this new version because I needed something "reef safe" for a trip to the Galapagos Islands (on the equator). This new version absorbs easily and is not at all pasty. I am delighted with it and have multiple tubes.

I have tried an embarrassing amount of sunscreens from both high end brands sold at places like Sephora and Nordstrom to dermatologist brands to drugstore brands. This cerave sunscreen is literally perfect. For reference I am in my 30s with fair skin and combo skin. For reference I do not like the other cerave mineral sunscreens. They are extremely white. I do like the cerave ultra light daily moisturizer with spf 30 (I think it’s called) but it’s not waterproof. Here are the reasons why I love it SO much:
-waterproof! (Lasts longer during a hot summer day AND I can wear it to the pool/beach with the kids. Truly a do it all sunscreen!)
-wears really well under makeup
-not greasy or oily
-no white cast or film
-cosmetically elegant
-not drying and provides some moisture
-didn’t cause sensitivity, acne or eye burning
-i can even put it on my kids without them complaining
-feels silky soft and weightless. Truly one of a kind.
-cerave is a brand I trust
-great mix of zinc and chemical active ingredients for effective protection
-great for my combo skin
-affordable, decent amount of product
-convenient squeeze bottle that doesn’t leak

I’m so glad I found this! The #1 reason why I love this is because I trust the protection of cerave and it wears beautifully under makeup! The only thing I can think that would make this better would be if it was a spf 50 but it’s perfect otherwise. I’ve already worn it to the pool and it preforms really well, even on a really hot day being outside for a long time! I live in south Texas. This is literally one of the only sunscreens my husband can stand wearing on his face. So it’s man approved for men who hate wearing sunscreen lol! I didn’t even realize it was labeled for face and body. Ive only been wearing it on my face, neck and chest. I need a bigger bottle for whole body application as we go swimming a lot! I purchased this sunscreen with my own money and this is NOT a paid review. I just really like it! :)

This lotion soaks into the skin pretty quickly and does not leave a greasy film. When I forget to apply before going outside, my skin stings and burns. But when I apply this lotion it doesn't sting n burn as bad

I use this to help with my hyperpigmentation on my face. This is part of my skin routine. What I like about it though is that it’s light weight. It not real rich and creamy but a little goes a long way. It’s also non comedogenic which means it won’t seep into your pores and cause further break outs
