I brought the ARCTIC P12 PWM PST A-RGB 0dB (3 Pack) as a cheaper alternative to the more expensive fans from another brand that you see alot of in PC builds these days & i'm so pleased with them. They're whisper quiet to the point that i'm glad they have RGB as i'd never even know my pc was still on sometimes.
Talking of RGB the led's are nice & bright with good colour representation lighting up my case well. Build quality is great they seem very solid, i really like the built in anti vibration pads around the screw holes and the nice long cables with the ability to daisy chain them which is super handy and means i don't need control boxes to set up multiple fans.
I have them set up with two in the front (intake) and one in the rear as an exhaust which is more than enough for my i5 10400 with stock cooler & 1050 ti gfx card. All in all really great fans.

*Seems to be common for some RGB fans to rattle slightly when warmed

These fans look fantastic when set up and are very quiet, they make a very low hum that’s barely detectable. They’re great value for money as you get 3 fans for the price of what a single ARGB fan costs now.

When I installed the fans I unfortunately had 1 fan which didn’t light up (it span fine). I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement fan immediately which lit up properly.

I daisy-chained these and can control the ARGB fine using MSI’s Mystic Light software - no header/extra equipment needed. My ONLY issue is that the cables are quite short which made it difficult to get them plugged in and I couldn’t cable manage these very neatly (I use a Corsair 4000D). I’m not too bothered about that but you may want to get some sort of extension/extra headers if this will annoy you.

I left the same review on the P14s. They're almost the same, the only difference is the size.

They do the job well – keeping things cool with that smooth control thingy. But the real deal is the A-RGB lighting. Adds a bit of color without going all disco, you know? It's like having a breeze of fresh air with a touch of style.

Great that you could daisy chain these together! It saved me the trouble of buying a splitter. I also connected two of the fans that came with my case to them, allowing me to use 5 fans in total. The rgb is nice and bright, and it's addressable so thats another plus. It's also quiet, and came in a set of 3 as advertised. Not to mention, way cheaper than others. Definitely going to be buying another set of these in the future!
