Too much sag in the mount for an ultrawide like the Samsung G9
I did eventually get it mounted and pointing straight but had to add some rubber shims to make it stay up and not sag down. The ball mount just doesn't have enough grip to hold the weight, and the bolts are so soft they can't be done up too tight.Doesn't do what it says, specs for a 15kg 49" ultrawide but it fails to do so.

I bought this arm as I have a single, ultrawide 49" monitor, that I wanted centralised on my desk.

The arm does a great job of putting the monitor right in the middle, with some good cable management. The trouble I have found is, that the bracket to attach onto the monitor, cannot hold the monitor in position straight. Instead, the weight of the monitor cause it to angle downwards towards my desk. I've had to wedge something between the arm and the monitor to keep it from doing so.

Aside from this, it's a great piece of equipment, but worth baring in mind, that if you're monitor is heavy, you may need to "bodge" it slightly to support.

Llevaba meses tratando de buscar un soporte para mi monitor Asus ROG STRIX XG43VQ se trata de un modelo Ultra-Wide bastante masivo...no tanto como el de 49 pulgadas pero es un monitor bastante grande...mi problema estaba sobretodo en los precios de soporte para monitores de este tipo. Ya que esta ridiculamente altos....ademas de que no hay mucho donde elegir...este sin embargo tiene un precio bastante bueno y dificil de encontrar algo similar. Buenos materiales y llevo mas de tres meses con el puesto sin ningun tipo de problema, crujido o deterioro de algun tipo. Por lo que recomiendo la compra si os lo estais pensando.

According to the specifications, it should be able to support 15 kg, which my Samsung Odyssey C49RG90S "49 weighs. However, the screen tilts all the time because of its weigh 15 kg.
Keep in mind that the stand cannot be raised and lowered without you having to manually screw it in and then fasten it.
