A survey by the Institute of Directors has shed light on directors' attitudes toward diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I): 🔹 88% of firms with a DE&I policy report a positive impact on company culture 🔹 80% have found DE&I policies beneficial for attracting and retaining top talent 🔹 72% said DE&I has a positive effect on external reputation These findings underscore the tangible benefits of fostering an inclusive workplace.
