Single Day Tickets (adult, child, concession, family)
You do not need to print your tickets but we will need to see your booking confirmation on your phone, clearly showing your booking reference number.
The permanent Mess Deck Restaurant and Wagon Stop Canteen will be open throughout the festival, along with a number of temporary catering outlets. There will be two bars serving cold drinks.
Yes there will be a range of traders at the festival.

Yes there is FREE ample parking with dedicated parking bays for Blue Badge Holders. Simply follow the signs for visitor parking upon arrival. There will be overflow car parking available, please follow directions upon arrival.
Entry to MGF is via the main Visitor Entrance for The Historic Dockyard Chatham. The Main Gate will not be open for entry.
The closest station is Chatham. The Historic Dockyard is within walking distance (20-30mins) of the station which is regularly served by Southeastern services.
MGF welcomes everyone. Every effort has been made to ensure maximum accessibility for the festival. The Historic Dockyard is, however, an 80 acre (32 hectare) site with over 100 historic buildings and structures and 3 historic warships. This alone provides some limitations and challenges to access but we are happy to discuss these with you to ensure you get the best from your day.

Yes, there will be a quiet room located near Museum Square. Whether you’re feeling anxious, overstimulated, or just need a moment by yourself, this is a dedicated spot for you to reset whilst still being close enough to the main action so that you can re-enter as soon as you’re ready.
You may bring your dog but they must be kept on a lead at all times and are not permitted inside any of the galleries or food outlets the exception being assistance dogs.
Please note that the site will be extremely busy and noisy. For the safety of others as well as dogs we request that you don’t leave your dog unattended at any time and we also advise against leaving your dog in your car for even a short period of time. We do expect owners to be responsible for their pet and its needs.
Complimentary Carer Passes are available for anyone who needs special assistance. Any ticket holder can request an additional ticket for their registered carer to attend free of charge. Carers will need to show a form of ID upon arrival. These tickets are processed on walk up (on the day) only.
Medway Gaming Festival features a good combination of covered and open-air locations. Some areas may be subject to change location if impacted by rain or wind.
Yes. Random bag searches will be in place for the safety of our visitors, staff, exhibitors and volunteers.
No, all those aged under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Yes, we have made the site wheelchair friendly but please lookout for the railway tracks to ensure wheels do not get stuck.
There are disabled toilets throughout the site. There is also a Changing Places facility available on the ground floor of the Fitted Rigging House. Please ask a member of staff to assist with access to the facility.

Please make note of the reference number before you arrive. Our team will then check in the number of people on show.
No alcohol to be brought into our site. Any alcohol consumed onsite must be purchased from one of our licensed venues.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to the venue at our discretion and any person who fails to comply with instructions from a member of Dockyard staff or other person acting on behalf of Chatham Historic Dockyard Trust may be asked to leave. In addition, anyone found to be causing damage to the venue, the venue infrastructure, causing harm to any other person onsite, behaving in an illegal, anti-social or aggressive manner, appearing to be under the influence of drink or drugs or in breach of these conditions will be ejected and reported to the police.
