Hi Sergio, No. Registering a device with Autopilot using its 4k hash is
sufficient. Using a corporate identifier is a new and alternate method
for making a device known to Intune as a corporate device and enabling
the new Device Preparation profile functionality in Autopilot.
@NCC1701-D servers that had Crowdstrike installed were definitely
effected. Generally though, with servers you'd have a lot easier time
remediating them due to the amount of remote tools at your disposal vs a
regular workstation.
General question from me to anyone affected - I need to compile a
briefing for my leadership team. The press has so far focused on client
machines experiencing this problem, I guess because that's what's
literally visible to the public. But what about Windows Server? I'm
guessing some organisations ...
