    Loving this laptop, capable of everything. Battery lasts around 3-4 hours, so not that much, but works for me since I almost always use it plugged.

    Some programming, gaming and browsing and everything 10/10.

    Looks beautiful as well, quite slim and light, doesnt even seem like a gaming laptop.

    Quite expensive though, but what you are paying is mainly the premium build quality, which is up to par with macbooks.

    This is NOT a product review. Instead, it is a complaint of Amazon's description of this product and its refund policy.
    I purchased this Laptop as a Christmas gift on December 14, and nowhere in the listing of the item did it say it was used or remanufactured. I thought it was NEW. It came in a plain cardboard box and looked used.
    On December 24th I initiated a return back to Amazon for a dead-on-arrival laptop. That's right it didn't even work. January 2, I dropped it off at UPS for return to Amazon. On January 3, Amazon showed that they had received the laptop. My refund wasn't until February 15. I was told by Amazon Philippines, that purchases over $1000 are held for at least a month before a refund is returned.

    I have purchased this Razer Blade 15 Gaming Laptop from Razer, which comes in an amazing box with instructions, warranty information, etc. Also, by the way, it is Brand new.
    I would highly recommend this Razer Blade 15 Gaming Laptop as it is the best laptop I have ever used. I will not purchase any electronic devices from Amazon in the future.

    I previously owned a razer laptop and loved it. This one arrived, still a Razer 15 but it was 1.5" wider and deeper and much heavier. The first day I had it, the screen went black periodically. I returned it and they charged me a $500 restocking fee. I complained to the seller and they said they would update the refund and give me more money back. They didn't do it and then ghosted me in my repeated attempts to contact them. I have filed a complaint with Amazon but I have heard nothing. Stay away from this company!!!
