Excellent dual tower air cooler
Before I purchased this cooler, I read a lot of reviews where the main complaint was that the directions are bad or hard to follow. I didn’t even look at the directions. I watched a YouTube video of a guy installing this to get a general sense of what the parts were before opening the box. It was extremely easy to install and I had no issues. One thing I find funny about the videos of people installing this cooler- they are so insistent on the placement and directionality of the fans. You’re directed to install the outer fan over top of your RAM, which to me seems visually weird. I installed the outer fan on the “wrong” side on purpose (not over the RAM). I want to see my RAM when I look at the case. I don’t want it hidden under a cpu cooler. I installed the fans in the opposite direction as recommended (blowing toward the front Vs blowing toward the back of the case). I already had a syringe of good thermal paste and a mini spatula so I didn’t use the paste that came with the cooler, which I’m sure is fine. I wasn’t even aware this cooler comes with thermal paste until opening the box. I went with the even spread method for the thermal paste. While gaming, i7 14700K CPU temperature stayed under 80C. Highly recommended!

This cooler is part of a new build using an AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D/ASRock X670E Steel Legend motherboard. After using AIO liquid cooling on all my computer builds for years, I thought about making a switch to air cooling based on many recent articles the two cooling types. Thought I'd give this a try and compare for myself, considering the price difference. Install was pretty simple and the included fans seem to perform well enough to get the most out of what this air cooler can provide. After bootup and running the system through its paces, thermals are comparable to my AIO (3 fan). Very quiet during gameplay.

My dislikes:

Included instruction sheet was pretty minimal and the illustrations really didn't help explain how the clips attached the fans to the cooler. A few minutes on YT videos cured all issues with install.

The other downside to this cooler (for me) is that the heat-pipes rise is just short enough when installed on my motherboard that the one fan is sitting on top of my G.Skill RAM (Trident RGB area) after installing according to the instructions and viewing some videos. For me, this happened when installing the fans in the "push" configuration from the videos. If the heat pipes were 1/8th of an inch taller, it wouldn't have been an issue. I may look into changing the fans to a "pull" config (where they are pulling air through) and changing their location on the cooler. However, I'm in no hurry right now as there's no functional problems, just my OCD kicking in a little. Was there any thought given about taller RAM sticks of performance RAM during design? No idea and nothing noted online. Just my experience with this item.

Works great and the cost is reasonable, considering how expensive it is right now to tackle a new computer build.

Would recommend.

My Ibuypower water cooler failed on my system. (I discovered this is very common).
I was debating on either getting a water cooler or going to Air cooling. I checked a lot of videos online and this air cooler kept coming up in the top 5 replacement recommendations over and over again. (search water coolers vs Air coolers)
Since I don't do any overclocking and the fact that they are much more reliable, I bought this unit.
It works really great. It cost so much less than a water cooler and (in my opinion) is easier to install that a water cooler unit with hoses and radiator and cpu block.

Positives:
Very Affordable
Cools very well
Very well made
Package comes with everything you need. (different cpu socket mounts and thermal paste)
Extremely reliable. (no worries about coolant leaks or pump failure or in my case, clogged lines)
The fans that come with it seemed pretty quiet. (more than my cheap water cooler fans)

Negatives:
Can be a little difficult to install. The most difficult part was installing the fans.
The instructions could be better. (they're not horrible). I do recommend watching online videos.
Its big, you definitely need to make sure you have enough room in your case.

Additional Recommendations:
The thermal paste that comes with the package is ok, but I would highly recommend buying a high quality NON CONDUCTIVE thermal past.
(Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut, Artic-mx4, Cooler Master MasterGel Pro v2 etc)
This is important!
Make sure its NONCONDUCTIVE. Some thermal paste uses metallic ingredients to aid in thermal conductivity. The problem with this is that if you apply too much, it can go into the cpu electronic components and damage your system. With noncoductive thermal paste, this isn't a issue so you don't really need to be too exact. (If its a little too much, it doesn't hurt anything.)
This Air cooler also comes in single or double tower configurations, if your case can support it, I would definitely get the double tower.
Make sure you get the fans installed/oriented correctly.
I would also recommend installing cpu temperature monitoring software as well to make sure that everything is working correctly. 

I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a very reliable and very affordable air cooling option.

My media server is running on an old 2600k that was being slowly cooked in a Q500L case with a suboptimal heatsink. It was frequently hitting 98C and shutting itself down while transcoding just one short, low quality video file. After changing the case to something that didn't expel hot air from the power supply into the rest of it and adding this heatsink/fan combo, it's now running as cool as when it had a big Noctua on it in 2012 (I've been reusing that Noctua on all my gaming rigs since then). My 2600k now idles at around 30C (In the summer with no a/c, btw) and barely creeps above the 40s when I'm doing multiple transcodes at once.

It's easy to get set up and is nice and sturdy. Height seems accurate. The new case I bought (Cougar MX-330) had a 155mm height limit and it fit just fine. Great value for the price.

The only gripe I have is how the little mounting brackets for the fans fall out sometimes when trying to mount them on the heatsink, but once they have some tension they hold in place perfectly well. Might be able to bend them down a little at the fan's mounting holes to deal with it but probably not necessary.

Might take lot of time to figure out how to install.
I have installed it via urban clap professional whom take more than hour to install as it was tricky.
Make sure you have an experienced expert to install this cooler.

We were not able to figure out why RGB ISNT working.
However I was fine with non RGB.
Cooler works. Super quiet and my cpu yempratures are now 39 degrees
